I served on active duty in the U.S. Army from 1989-1992 and in the Reserves a few years after that for another 3 years. I am very proud of my time in the military and always took pride
in wearing the uniform. Below are some photos I took at the Memorial Day 2008 ceremony at the Sailors and Soldiers Monument in New York City. I want to take this time to thank all the
soldiers past and present from all branches of the military who have HONORABLY served and are currently serving. Thank you all for making America [warts and all] the greatest country in the world. America may not be perfect but plenty of people are still willing to give up all they have and risk their lives to get here. Think about THAT!
